We’ll guide you through various movement disciplines and help you explore the joy of moving freely, with care and support tailored to each participant.
What to Expect:
We’ll dive deep into the following topics:
- Locomotion and Groundwork: Explore natural movement patterns and learn how to flow across the floor with ease.
- Intro to Soft Acrobatics and Inversions: Discover the basics of acrobatics, handstands, and inversions in a safe and progressive way.
- Athletic Coordination and Footwork: Improve your agility and coordination with dynamic footwork drills and movement sequences.
- Tennis Ball Tasks and Games: Challenge your reflexes, coordination, and playful spirit through engaging tasks and games using tennis balls.
- Body Preparation Tools through Organic Strength: Prepare your body with techniques focused on building natural, functional strength.
Schedule:
